John Sparks (Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding), Dan Winkler (Westfield Group), Marrissa Goss (American Airlines), and Bill Austill (Austill Lewis Pipkin & Maddox) presented the compelling topic "Beyond the New Normal" at The Gavel Conference in Boca Raton, Florida on January 16, 2018. The panel talked about the changes taking place in the entire litigation industry from the large company perspective, the insurance company perspective, and the law firm perspective. Much of the presentation talked about the team approach to litigation required to succeed in the current market.
